Cancellation Policy

Process

If you purchased a subscription or cohort seat directly from AuditLattice, you may request cancellation according to the eligibility section below. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing. Processing times may vary by payment provider but typically complete within fourteen business days after approval. Administrative fees may apply where stated in your order form. Keep copies of invoices and correspondence to speed verification.

Contact

Send refund or cancellation requests to hello@mind-center.one with your organization name, order reference, and reason for the request. We may ask clarifying questions to route the request correctly. Verbal requests alone are not sufficient; a written record helps us protect both parties. Enterprise customers may copy their account executive for visibility, but email remains the official channel.

Exceptions

Custom deliverables already produced, third-party pass-through fees, and services fully performed before your request are generally non-refundable. If you accessed downloadable assets beyond the preview threshold stated in your order, we may reduce refunds accordingly. Enterprise statements of work may define different refund mechanics that supersede this page when signed. Where Japanese consumer law provides non-waivable protections, those protections apply regardless of this section.

Eligibility

For standard annual team plans, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase if training has not started and no confidential materials were shared beyond marketing previews. After training begins, refunds are prorated only where required by law or explicitly stated in your contract. Partial seat cancellations mid-cohort may be handled as credits toward a future cohort when feasible. Pilot programs may carry distinct eligibility windows described in the pilot agreement.

Timeframe

We acknowledge refund requests within two business days and aim to decide within ten business days, subject to verification. If additional information is needed, the clock pauses until you respond. Japanese consumer rules may provide additional rights for certain transactions; nothing here limits non-waivable protections. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may delay resolution while we reconcile records with payment processors.

Scope

This policy applies to purchases made through AuditLattice channels referenced on invoices. Reseller purchases are governed by the reseller’s policies for payment and refunds, though we may assist with service access issues separately. If multiple documents apply, the signed order form controls for monetary amounts and delivery milestones. Credits, if offered, are non-transferable unless agreed in writing and expire within the window stated on the credit notice.
